Team Building, to fill the gap between personnel or group, establishing their potential and to built team work in their task with and their responsibility.
Leadership, to drive and to raise the leadership of a person in a group through a kind of a task that should be completed in a certain time.
Problem Solving, able to analyze problems and to seek alternative to solve problems, have it solved in a right way and with less time needed, resulting a minimum risk and a higher profit.
Communication Skill, developing the skill to do an effective communication in their teamwork. Be able to give direction short and clear. Understand the hazard in communication so that reliable and expected result can be achieved.
